HCCN Chaplains

The Health Care Chaplain Division of the Spiritual Care Association focuses on the spiritual dimension of professional health care chaplains in a number of varied clinical settings. SCA, in partnership with its 60-year old affiliate, the HealthCare Chaplaincy Network (HCCN) supports the advancement of health care chaplaincy and spiritual care as an integral aspect of whole person care for all.


First Responders

The First Responder Chaplain Division of the Spiritual Care Association focuses on the spiritual dimension of professional first response practice including professional chaplains, volunteers, community leaders, and all members of a first respond team. Click here to learn more.


Nurses

The Nursing Division of SCA welcomes nurses interested in learning and sharing best-practice nursing spiritual care and self-care through education, networking, mentoring and obtaining a myriad of resources for nurses and nursing-related organizations. Click here to learn more.


Hospice

The Hospice Division of the Spiritual Care Association focuses on the spiritual dimension of professional practice including professional chaplains whose specialization is in this setting, as well as community leaders serving as chaplains or spiritual care generalists, and all members of a hospice team. Corporate Chaplain

The mission of the Corporate Chaplain Division of SCA is to support the advancement of spiritual care in the workplace. In partnership with the National Business Institute of Business and Industrial Chaplains (NIBIC), SCA seeks to elevate the role of the corporate chaplain through this specialty division. Military
